I can’t give reliable exact numbers from the information here. For a clean comparison, keep the weapon, target, hit location, and other buffs the same. Record a regular hit, then compare it with a hit on a frozen target. Test Earsplitter’s heavy attack separately so the two effects don’t get mixed together.
