I tend to stay put during boss fights and move when I need to dodge an attack or handle a mechanic. Other players often seem to be moving constantly. Is there a reason to keep moving, or is it fine to stand still when I’m safe?

There’s no general benefit to moving nonstop. Staying in a safe spot can make it easier to keep your aim and positioning steady. Move when a mechanic calls for it, when you need to get back into range, or when the group needs to reposition.

Some movement is deliberate, like stepping out of danger or adjusting to stay near the boss without standing in an attack. Some players also move out of habit. If you’re safely placed and doing your role, you don’t need to copy every step they take.
