I spotted an unusual cheese stand in Wayrest and wondered if it was added for a quest. A tour video from about three years ago seems to show the same spot. Is it an older detail, or could it still be quest-related?
If the video shows the exact same spot, the stand probably isn't a recent addition. That doesn't rule out an older prop being used in a quest, but its presence alone doesn't show that it's connected to one.
Unusual scenery can just be part of the town's decoration. A clear sign of a quest link would be an interaction or quest content involving the stand. Without that, the older video is the strongest clue here.
