If playing a woman and avoiding sexualized scenes are firm requirements, start there, then check whether the game is actually third person and has the kind of combat you want. You might have more luck widening “play as a witch” to include a character who can specialize in magic, even if witchcraft isn’t the whole premise. Or keep the witchy protagonist as the priority and be flexible about how deep the potion crafting goes. The exact combination sounds narrow, but those small compromises open up more possibilities.
For the content side, check the game’s content notes and watch a bit of unedited gameplay. Promotional images won’t tell you much about camera feel, dialogue, or whether sexual content shows up later. That quick check can save you from buying something that looks right but misses a hard requirement.
