It looks like we have some new DLC on the way for Killer Instinct, a pretty epic trailer has been released to show off the new character that will be coming to the game. Killer Instinct Arbiter is the mashup of the popular combat game and the well known Arbiter characters seen in many of the Halo games.
The trailer seems incredibly epic for what is essentially a character DLC for a fighting game. A lot of time and effort went into the narrative of this which almost feels like it could become a spin off game all on its own.
I’m not sure why but I get a real Soul Reaver vibe from this trailer, both visually and from the narrative. Fans of either series should be getting some level of entertainment from this. Regardless of whether you plan on buying this or not, it’s quite the entertaining trailer.
