What is this game?

NS2: Combat pits aliens against space marines in a fast paced, action-packed struggle for survival. Part twitch-shooter, part stealth crawler, design your own tech tree, choose your own style of play, and control one of seven different life forms.

Try unique abilities such as 'Devour', where the largest alien eats her enemies, or pilot the hulking mechanised 'Exo Suit' and punch aliens in the face. NS2: Combat offers ranked servers supporting casual and competitive play.

Become a jetpack-wielding, grenade-launching marine; or a heavily armored, super-charged alien who enjoys eating marines for breakfast. Whether you're building sneaky teleporters in remote locations or devouring every marine in the room, this game has something for everyone!

Public matchmaking


With the click of a button, you can play against opponents equal to your skill level. Shoot and claw your way up the public rankings and prove that you have what it takes to become the best of the best!

Modding tools

If we did it, you can do it too! NS2: Combat ships with all the tools used to create the game, including the map editor, cinematic editor, builder, viewer and documentation, allowing you to create new weapons, skins, models and maps for the game.

Venture further into customization by creating your own mod! NS2: Combat is fully coded with LUA, a scripting language that can be easily modified, allowing you to do anything your heart desires.

About the Game

NS2: Combat includes seven different player-controllable lifeforms, a vault full of weapons and abilities, a stats system, full modding support and five original maps. Games last around 15 minutes and players may join and leave at any time without disrupting gameplay.

is a game developer that started as a mod team. Our indie-publisher, , also started as a mod team. NS2: Combat evolved from the modding community of to become a standalone game. It does not require Natural Selection 2 in order to play.
