TETRA's Escape Trophy Guide

TETRA’s Escape is one of the more enjoyable trophy whore games out there. The puzzles are enjoyable and it can be rewarding to solve some of them. You take control of these little box things with feet. You must turn them into tetris style shapes in order to open up the path to the exit of the level. The platinum is fairly easy to get and with a video guide for any of the more difficult levels this is a cakewalk.

Trophy Guide & Road Map [toggle]

There aren’t really any trophies to worry about in this game. Nearly all of them will unlock as you work toward completing the 6 worlds. The only thing to know of is that you need to collect 50% of the stars in the game and 50% of the cups. You get a trophy once you collect 3 stars in a level. It is more than likely that you will get this without having to go back. If you decide to try and make it through this game without a guide, make the effort to get the cups when you can as it will save you some effort later on.

If you want to get this platinum as quick as possible then you should check out this Tetra’s Escape trophy guide video. It will show you the solution to every level so you dont waste time trying to figure out the puzzles. You will half the time if you take this approach. The game is quite enjoyable if you like puzzle games and most puzzles dont need a guide. I found it easier to just play the game and use a guide when you get stuck. There are individual level guides on YouTube for this anyway. The video guide below will show you what to do if you want to get this over and done with as quickly as possible.

The best approach for this trophy guide is to just start with world 1 and make your way to world 6. If you aim to get enough cups to get “Cups - 50%” you should only have 1 trophy left to get.   “200 Tetras saved”. There are 166 tetras that you will get for completing every level in the 6 worlds. This means you have to do a bit of grinding. World 2-4 is super easy to solve and has 4 tetras in it. Do this level over and over to grind out this trophy and you will get the platinum.

Get half the stars
Each level has 3 stars. You do not NEED to collect any of them to complete the level but in most cases it's hard not to collect some. In order to get 50% of the cups, you will get this trophy in the process.

Get half the cups
When you collect all 3 stars in a level, a cup will appear. Sometimes they are accessible, other times you will need to replay the level in order to solve the puzzle differently so that you can reach the cup. A lot of them can be difficult and if you are wanting to get the platinum, you probably won’t want to spend too much time going back over all of these. The video guide will show you how to get all of these if you get to the end of the sixth world and do not have this trophy yet.

Save at least 200 Tetras (sum)

Completing a level will “save” the tetra that were in this level. Even if you turn them into shapes, they still count as saved. If you complete every level from world 1-6 once, you will have saved 166 Tetras. This means you have to go back and do some grinding. World 2-4 has 4 green Tetras with a very easy puzzle to solve. Complete this level over and over until you get the trophy.

Walks over 2500 boxes (sum)
Moving a tetra one box to the left or right counts as a move. I tried to solve most of these puzzles myself which means i got this mid way through the game. If you follow the video guide you will get it a bit later. If for some weird reason you don’t, start a level and just keep walking back and forth until you get this trophy.
First transformation into tetromino
You will get this very early in the game, it is unmissable and as the title says it IS the game.
Dead by fall before level explanation

I don’t really understand the meaning of this description. Even after solving it, I don't know what the description is trying to say. You will need to fail a level by falling from a height. The video guide below will show you how to get this.

Change all Tetras in a level into tetrominos and lose...
Start any level and immediately change all tetras into tetrominos. Once you fail the level you get the trophy.
Complete a level without any stars
There are plenty of levels in which you can get this. Get to the end point of a level without collecting any stars. If you can’t do it, level 3-2 is a good one. Transform the green block horizontally. Cross over the gap and the blue tetra at the end can be set to vertical. You can then get to the end of the level with the gray block and unlock the trophy.
Burn all tetras in the same level
This trophy unlocked for me at some random point in the game where there was no burning going on. I am pretty sure this should only be something that can be unlocked in the 6th world where there is lava. Burn every tetra to get the trophy.
