I am unhappy with the way that I have spent my SPECIAL points on my character. Is it possible to reset the points so I can spend them all differently?

It is not possible to completely reset your SPECIAL stats for a character but once you get past level 50, each time you level up, it is possible to change one special point for one stat instead of picking a new card. So if you level up to 51, you can take a point from strength and put it into something else if this is what you want. Will take some time to fully respec your character but this is the only way it can be done
