Imagine a game called **Rocket League: Snow Day**, complete with all the features from the original Rocket League. This would include everything from 1v1 to 4v4 matches, and you’d be able to play various modes like Split Shot, Heat Seeker, Boomer Ball, and even use some Rocket Labs arenas with a hockey puck. If the items were transferable from the original game, I would definitely consider paying around $30 for this. I believe Snow Day is distinct enough to deserve its own title, and I’m curious what others think. Would you spend money on it?

I wouldn’t pay for something that’s already part of a free-to-play game like Rocket League. Splitting it off seems unnecessary, especially when the original is available for free now. But who knows, I might change my mind if it added something really new!
I see where you’re coming from wanting to pay for it, but $30 seems steep considering the original Rocket League was only $15 when it launched. I’d probably stick to the free modes.
Fair point! I’d be okay with $40 too if it meant we got some cool new features.
As a hardcore Snow Day player, I love the fast-paced gameplay, but I doubt many would buy it. The player base is pretty small, and most casual players prefer standard modes. It’s a cool idea but a tough sell.
Honestly, Snow Day is my least favorite mode. If they made it a separate game, I’d pay to delete it from the files! I’d rather have Dropshot all season long.
Why do you think Snow Day is so bad?
Exactly! I bought Rocket League when it was first launched but I wouldn’t give money for just Snow Day now.
