I recently played the PS4 version of Kingdom Come: Deliverance on my PS5 and hit a game-breaking bug during the trebuchet segment. After the cutscene, I’m stuck on an infinite loading screen. I’ve read this issue is common, especially for players who have downloaded certain DLCs, which I did long before (I built a house ages ago). Six years since the release, and it feels like the devs are ignoring this problem. I even had to watch the ending on YouTube just to jump into the second game after clocking nearly 100 hours! Isn’t it unacceptable for a game still on the best sellers list? With the success of the second game, can’t Warhorse finally fix this? I’d take a next-gen upgrade or any patch they can provide.

While the PC version has tons of bugs too, it’s more manageable since you can use mods or console commands. As for the PS4 version, I honestly wouldn’t expect Warhorse to revisit the first game. They missed the boat on that by not addressing it before the sequel’s launch to create some hype.
I totally get that frustration! I saw a post where a dev suggested using a console command to bypass this bug. It’s infuriating when developers suggest fixes that require players to use commands or mods instead of just patching the game. I’ve never seen a DLC break a game like this either!
