Hey everyone! I’m thinking about grabbing a Steam Deck to play Snowrunner with a buddy over Discord. However, I’m curious if anyone knows if the SteelSeries Arctis Gamebuds with the USB-C dongle are compatible with the Steam Deck? I couldn’t find any solid info online, so any help would be awesome!

I’m pretty confident they’ll work, but you mentioned something about the SteelSeries GG app. If it requires that software, it might be tricky on SteamOS since some apps aren’t always compatible. Still, USB-C audio devices generally play nice with Steam Deck, so you might be in luck without needing any extra software.
Yes, the Arctis Gamebuds should work with the Steam Deck through the USB-C dongle. I’ve used a similar setup with the Arctis Series 5 headset, which connects using a USB-C adapter for 2.4GHz wireless. It’s been a flawless plug-and-play experience for me.
