I’m trying to decide if I should get Oblivion Remastered, but I’m worried about its performance. With Bethesda’s history, do you think they’ll actually release a patch to improve stability for a smooth 60fps on the base PS5? I really struggle with motion sickness if the frame rate isn’t stable at that level, and I’m anxious that they might not patch it at all.

“I mean” – as if you are more important than anyone else. Such entitlement.
“in a week or two” – as if people’s emotions are as fragile as yours, what a drama queen
“when the initial excitement fades” – wow, so cynical
“glitches and crashes” – exaggeration much
“they might shrug it off and say ‘this is what you wanted’ – OMG, don’t you even understand
“But let’s be real, don’t expect them to change anything major afterward!” – way, way, way over dramatic. The game will be completely different in a month’s time. Everything will obviously be fixed by then, it’ll be a completely different game.

Honestly, I haven’t experienced any performance issues so far. The game seems to be running fine for me!
They’ve patched other games for stability before, so it’s definitely possible. Don’t let the hardcore fans scare you—it’s not the end of the world if it dips below 60fps.
I mean, in a week or two, when the initial excitement fades and people start hitting glitches and crashes, they might just shrug it off and say ‘this is what you wanted.’ But let’s be real, don’t expect them to change anything major afterward!
For sure! It sounds like you’re being a tad dramatic with the whole thing.
Yeah, maybe a bit over the top there! But I haven’t had problems either, even with max settings on.
