I’m working on expanding a village, but there’s a Pillager Outpost nearby that doesn’t really fit my vision, especially since I’m trying to create a ‘rough part of town.’ I know that tearing down the outpost won’t stop the pillagers from spawning, which is actually what I’m aiming for, but I’m curious—if I destroy the outpost completely, will the structure come back at any point? Just a heads up, I’m playing on Minecraft Bedrock for console, so please no mod suggestions!

You can safely remove the outpost. It won’t rebuild itself, but the pillagers will still spawn in the area since their properties remain active.
No need to worry about the structure regenerating! Once you take it down, it’s gone for good. Just keep in mind that pillagers will still be around to cause some chaos!
From what I understand, structures like Pillager Outposts only generate once. I’ve never heard of one coming back on its own after being destroyed, so you should be good to tear it down without worrying about it respawning.
