I recently tried to boost my frame rate in Oblivion Remastered by using a plugin from drvky loader that promised to double the frame rate. However, ever since I ran it, the game refuses to launch. I even reinstalled Oblivion, but the issue persists. Any suggestions on what to do next?

That plugin can be really problematic and isn’t foolproof! It’s known for causing issues instead of fixing them. Try removing any launch options you’ve set for Oblivion; that might help get it back up and running again.
Just a heads up, Oblivion isn’t fully verified for the Steam Deck, so it might not run as expected. If you’re using it there, that could be complicating things!
