I recently cleaned my PS5 and everything went well. It looks great! However, I’m struggling with the non-disk drive cover plate. I can’t seem to get it to snap back into place—no matter how I align the grooves, it just won’t latch or click. I’m looking for any tips or tricks to get it back on properly. Any advice?

It sounds like you might have missed something during the clean-up. Did you happen to remove the black fin pieces near the fan? I did that once, and my cover wouldn’t go back on because those weren’t aligned correctly. Double-check those if you can!

I haven’t touched those! How do you even get them off? They seem really embedded.
