Hey everyone! I recently moved to a new house about a month ago, and ever since, my PS5 hasn’t been able to connect to the internet. All my other devices like my laptop, phone, and Nintendo Switch are connecting just fine, so it’s not an internet issue. I have a 5G broadband connection in my new place, and the PS5 was working perfectly before my move. I’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps from an older thread, such as switching to manual DNS, changing to WP3 in the internet settings, adjusting the MTU to 1473, and testing both 2.4G and 5G connections. Is there anything I might have overlooked? Sometimes it says that the router is preventing the PS5 from connecting, other times it points to a DNS issue. Help would be appreciated!

Is your PS5 not connecting at all, or is it just glitching? I used to have an issue where my PS5 would show ‘online status unknown’ and the PS Store messed up until I tweaked some router settings. Maybe you could check those too.
It sounds like you’re dealing with some interference or a router issue. Try reducing anything that might be causing signal interference, like microwaves or cordless phones. If possible, you could also try using a different router or getting a signal booster. Connecting your PS5 via LAN could also solve the problem, so you might want to give that a shot!
Yeah, if it’s not your router since other devices are fine, it might just be the PS5 or how it’s set up on the network. Definitely consider trying a direct Ethernet connection.
PLATFORM INFORMATION

No connection at all for me. When I test the connection, it finds the access point but then fails to connect to the internet.
