I’m having trouble with my GO Plus+. Whenever I’m in range and try to connect it through my phone, it prompts me to do it manually instead. I’ve noticed my friends’ devices auto-connect with just a tap. Is there something wrong with mine, or is it a common issue? Should I consider returning it?

Check your game settings when the device is connected. There’s a ‘quick reconnect’ option that might be turned off. Make sure that’s enabled, and it should help it connect more easily.
It sounds like a frustrating situation! One thing you can try is a full reset of your GO Plus+. To do this, hold down the black side button while also pressing and holding the small button on the back. Keep holding both until you feel a short vibration followed by a longer one—that means it’s reset!

I’ve experienced that too! Sometimes, just pushing the tiny button on the bottom with a pin can reset it and help it reconnect faster.
I checked and it is enabled, still having issues.
