I uninstalled my Ethernet Network Adapter because it wasn’t functioning properly. However, after restarting my PC, it didn’t automatically reinstall. I attempted to download the drivers from my motherboard’s website, but that didn’t fix the issue. I also tried performing a network reset, but it still didn’t help. My WiFi connection is really bad, so I need to resolve this as soon as possible.

Have you tried searching for new devices in Device Manager? Sometimes rediscovering it can help. If you’ve downloaded the drivers from your motherboard’s site, make sure they’re properly installed. You might want to double-check the installation process to ensure it completed without errors.
If it’s not showing up in Device Manager, it could be that your onboard Ethernet has issues or has been disabled. You should check your BIOS settings to see if the Ethernet option is enabled. It sounds like it was working perfectly before, so it might just be a small setting that’s off.
