I recently discovered that my PlayStation Network account was permanently suspended without any prior notice or explanation. I checked the PlayStation Support site, and it shows no violations on my account in the past six months. I didn’t receive any emails or warnings about this suspension. I was playing last night, and then suddenly I got signed out and found my account suspended. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to resolve it? Any help would be appreciated.

PSN usually doesn’t suspend accounts without a reason. There might be some violation or issue behind the scenes that isn’t immediately visible to you. It’s rare they just ban people out of nowhere.
From what people say, Sony doesn’t randomly suspend accounts for no reason. Usually, there’s some rule or terms of service violation, even if it’s unintentional or from something like a compromised account or purchase dispute. If you haven’t requested refunds or done anything unusual, definitely document what you’ve done and share it with support to clear things up.
Sometimes account issues can be region-specific. You mentioned you’re from the Philippines but connect through a Singapore server. Network or regional policies might complicate things, so keep this in mind when talking to support.
Honestly, the best bet is to contact PlayStation Support directly. They can look into your account’s specific case and hopefully clarify why the suspension happened or if it was a mistake.
I’m sure I didn’t do anything to get flagged or compromised.
