I recently bought The Last of Us Part II for my PS4 online and started the download on my device. However, the game isn’t showing up in my account’s transaction history, and there hasn’t been any charge to my bank account. I’m more used to buying physical copies, so I’m wondering what’s going on here. Is this a delay in payment processing, or did I accidentally get a demo instead of the full game?

It’s worth noting how you made the purchase. Did you do it directly through PSN on your console or online through a browser? If there was no checkout screen, that raises a flag. Make sure you’re logged into the correct account and try refreshing your library just in case.
Did you check your transaction history right after making the purchase? Sometimes it takes a little while for online transactions to update. But if you saw no price listed when you hit the ‘buy now’ button, that’s kind of odd—it usually should show the cost before confirming. Double-check your library to see if the game is fully downloaded too.
