I’ve been stuck trying to kick off the barrow-dyad quest for a couple of hours now, but that pesky blight just won’t spawn. Everyone in my fireteam seems to be progressing fine on step 15 of echoed warnings. I’m at a loss here—should I keep joining and leaving if I can’t find it?

I feel your pain! I’ve done multiple clears and still no luck finding that blight. Looks like all we can do is keep at it and hope it shows up soon!
It’s all about RNG with this one! The blight can spawn in different main zones, so don’t be afraid to explore. If you’re reloading, aim to check the starting area first. Alternatively, you might consider clearing a zone entirely. Sometimes it pops up in the last area you check, just like it did for me in Trenchway. Good luck!
