I’m new to streaming games to my Steam Deck and I’m having a bit of trouble. I’ve set up the remote play between my PC and the Steam Deck, but when I try to stream a game, I only get a black screen, even though the audio works just fine. The game runs normally on my monitor. Is there a fix for this, or do I need to set up Sunshine or Moonlight to get it working?

Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings in the game or on the Steam client? Sometimes specific settings can cause display issues when using remote play.
Check if your local network is fast enough for remote play. Sometimes a slow network can cause video issues while audio still comes through. If your Wi-Fi is solid, then it might be something else in your settings.
This might sound silly, but is your PC monitor turned on while you’re streaming? Sometimes having the monitor off can lead to this kind of issue.
