I’ve run a 3DMark test (you can check my results here: https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/130734420) and noticed my GPU usage only seems to be at around 60%. Is this normal, or is something wrong with my setup?

From what I gather, if your 3DMark results are solid, your GPU is performing as it should. That 60% usage can sometimes happen based on the complexity of the tasks being executed. If you’re gaming and not pushing maximum settings or if the game itself isn’t heavily relying on the GPU, it might just be a case of it not needing to ramp up all the way.
It’s hard to say without knowing what you’re running while monitoring your GPU. During the 3DMark test, you probably saw different usage rates. That said, your score looks fine; it’s just a couple of percent slower than the average for a 5080. So, no need to panic! You might want to check other factors affecting utilization like settings in your games or any background processes that could be eating up resources.
I checked during the tests using Task Manager and saw the same 60% utilization too. It felt odd to me, but maybe it’s just how certain workloads share the load.
Thanks for the insight! I think I was just a bit worried because I wasn’t seeing full usage, but it sounds like it’s all good.
