I’m using a Steel Legend 9070 XT GPU paired with an i7 13700 KF CPU and 32 GB of DDR5 RAM. In Cyberpunk 2077, I’m averaging around 60-75 FPS on ultra settings at 1440p with no ray tracing. Sometimes my FPS even dips into the 50s. However, I’ve seen benchmarks online showing around 100-110 FPS under the same conditions. Could my GPU be damaged or is there something else going on?

Your first step should be identifying the bottleneck in your system. Try running some CPU benchmarks to see if your i7 is functioning as it should. For reference, I have a similar setup and got around 30k in CineBench. If your CPU is fine, then it could be a GPU issue, especially if your benchmarks are significantly better than your gaming performance.
Before jumping to conclusions about your GPU’s health, double-check that the benchmarks you’re looking at have similar settings, including resolution and CPU. Sometimes reviewers have slightly different setups, which can affect performance too.
It’s odd that you get around 129 FPS in the Cyberpunk benchmark but only 60-75 FPS in the open world. Check your system’s settings and ensure nothing’s throttling performance, like thermal issues or power settings.
