Why is Destiny 2: The Final Shape Asking for Money?

I was checking the store for the free games available for June and noticed that Destiny 2: The Final Shape is listed as one of them. However, when I tried to grab it, it didn’t let me download it for free and instead asked for payment. I even searched for it in the store, and while it shows the price crossed out, it still prompts me to pay. Has anyone else run into this issue?

I think you might be running into a glitch or something. I’ve heard that trying to use the PS app can sometimes solve these issues. Have you tried that yet? It worked for me for similar problems!

You aren’t alone! I also had problems trying to add the Legacy Collection. It stated it was included with Plus, but when I clicked on it, it showed the full price instead. Make sure to check the PS app—some users mentioned it resolved their issues for Destiny 2 as well!

Yeah, I could get the Legacy Edition for free, but not the other. Seems like a weird hiccup!
