Why Does My PS5 Keep Disconnecting from the Internet?

I’ve been dealing with annoying internet issues on my PS5 for over a year now. Randomly, it disconnects from the internet, and the only fix is to restart the console. This can happen multiple times a day, and oddly enough, my brother faces the same problem. It’s not my WiFi since all my other devices work perfectly. Has anyone else experienced this?

Quick question: Does your brother have the same issue on a different PS5, or is he experiencing it on yours? Just trying to figure out if it’s console-related or something else.

It might be a WiFi configuration issue. From my experience, the PS5 has one of the weaker antennas. Try adjusting your router settings to prioritize your PS5. It could help improve your connection!
