I can’t believe we have to complete a daily Tales of Tribute as part of Zerith Var’s achievements to unlock his special ability. Honestly, who thought this was a good idea? Tales of Tribute feels like the least enjoyable part of the game, and does anyone actually play it?

I totally understand the frustration. There are players who enjoy the card game aspect, but honestly, it feels like they should focus on real game content instead of this. Let’s hope they stop adding new decks and achievements and put some effort into the core game!
If you don’t enjoy ToT, just skip it! It’s totally optional to play; you’re not forced into it. Plus, the perk isn’t that great compared to others. Just grab the daily quest and one game against a bot is all it takes. Easy peasy!
I feel your pain! I suffered through Tales of Tribute just to get Zerith Var’s buff. It hasn’t been worth it for me to play it again since. I only ever touch it if it pops up as a daily endeavor.
Yeah, I agree! The treasure chest glow perk is way better. Just find another companion that suits your playstyle.
