I just had a frustrating experience during the Eviction Notice public event. I was looking forward to farming some legendary items, but when I arrived, nobody was repairing the Rad Scrubber. I couldn’t teleport right away because I was busy fighting some monsters, and by the time I got there, there were only 10 seconds left to fix it. The event failed, and I lost out on a lot of legendary items. I really don’t understand why players seem to sabotage each other like this. Is it really intentional, or are they just oblivious? This kind of thing seems to happen way too often.

It might feel like sabotage, but honestly, I think it’s more likely that players just assume others will take care of the repairs. Sometimes folks just don’t notice what’s happening around them. Plus, people can get frazzled in the heat of the moment, and before you know it, the Rad Scrubber is in trouble.
Things happen—I’ve seen new players trigger events without having a clue, which can mess everything up. That’s frustrating, but I wouldn’t say it’s deliberate.
Exactly! I’ve been in events where players show up late and just don’t know the drill. You can’t really blame them if they’re getting their bearings in the game.
I don’t think players intentionally sabotage events. More often than not, it’s just player ignorance. You know how it is—sometimes new players rush in, and by the time experienced players show up, it’s too late to salvage things. I just jump in my Power Armor and stick around to help out, so I avoid these issues. It really doesn’t hurt to be a bit proactive when you know how the event works!
That’s a solid approach! Being prepared with grenades seems like a smart idea.
Agreed. Just ready up before the event starts, and you’ll be golden!
Honestly, I think it’s just a luck issue. I haven’t run into this sabotage thing much myself. I usually camp out near the Rad Scrubber to make sure it’s taken care of when I’m doing the event. Maybe you just had a bad experience this time.
Interesting strategy! I guess I should start playing it safer, too.
Right? Sometimes you just want to vent about these things, but it’s not always sabotage—it can just be a chain of bad luck!
