Why do I have to pay for Destiny 2 if it's listed on Extra?

I noticed that Destiny 2 is available in the Extra game catalog, but when I click on it, it shows a price of €70. Is this how it’s supposed to work?

You should definitely try launching the game! Sometimes it appears weirdly like that, but it might work once you start playing.

I can’t even get that far; it just shows ‘add to cart’ instead of adding it to my library!

Once you add it, it should show as available. Just jump in and start the game!

I don’t see the option to add it to the library. I only get ‘cart’ and ‘buy’ options, but I have PS+ Premium.
