So, I was playing Roblox earlier and quit a game, but then I got logged out of my account. When I tried to log back in, a message popped up saying, “Roblox reset your password for security reasons.” I wanted to change my password using my email, but I either don’t receive the email or get this error saying, “an error has occurred, please try again later.” I even tried using my phone number, but when I hit the send button, nothing happens—no error or anything, just the button goes back to normal.

They just locked my account forever. Since I didnt know this was even a thing i never associated an email or a phone number. Now they give me that horrible automated reply and there looks to be no way to get my account back which sucks as it owns a group ive made. Really is just unfortunate and roblox is super unhelpful at this point.
You’re definitely not alone! I had a similar experience and after trying to reset my password a few times, I finally managed to get an email but the link expired super fast. It’s like a never-ending loop of frustration. Hang in there and keep trying; hopefully, they’ll sort this out soon.
Man, it feels like Roblox is messing with us right now! I’m locked out too and it’s super frustrating. I’ve had issues with support as well; they just sent me an automated reply saying they can’t verify my account ownership but didn’t ask for any details.
