Why did my charger suddenly stop working?

My charger just stopped working out of nowhere. It was functioning perfectly last night, and there’s no visible damage on it. I’ve only had this charger for a few months! I can use the phone chargers on the deck, but they can’t keep up with charging. Is it common for chargers to just fail like this?

That sounds frustrating! I know some users have reported similar issues, but it varies. If it doesn’t work on a phone either, it’s likely the charger is the issue. Hopefully, support gets back to you soon! Hang in there!

Have you tried using the charger with a different device, like a phone? It might give you an idea if the charger itself is faulty. It’s not super common for chargers to just die, but it can happen. If it’s still under warranty, definitely reach out to support for a replacement! Good luck!
