I’ve been struggling for months with my PC not recognizing any wireless networks. It doesn’t even give me an option to connect to one. When I use a wired connection, it shows the network but says I don’t have internet access. I’ve tried updating, uninstalling, and reinstalling the drivers, and even went through the BIOS settings, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help me figure this out?

First off, do you have a WiFi modem or card in your PC? If you’re not sure, you might want to check the specs or look at the network settings to confirm.
Check if your motherboard has built-in WiFi support. If not, an external adapter might be necessary. The ones with antennas tend to perform better. But since you mentioned having the “TUF Gaming X570-Plus (WiFi)” motherboard, you should be covered on that front. Double-check that your external antenna is firmly connected.
Yeah, my PC is prebuilt and includes the external antenna. It’s properly screwed in.

I see what you mean, but I’m not exactly clear on the specifics.
