I previously bought Cyberpunk and now I’m trying to redownload it, but it keeps asking me to purchase it again. It’s definitely in my library and I’m logged into the right account. I didn’t have PS+ when I originally bought the game. I’ve tried refreshing licenses, but Cyberpunk still doesn’t show up. Any ideas on how to fix this?

You might want to try adding Cyberpunk back to your cart. Sometimes it prompts you with a message saying you already purchased it, and then gives you the option to download. If it doesn’t, cancel the cart and try restoring your purchases again. Fingers crossed!
First off, don’t worry, you shouldn’t lose access to your purchases. Try restoring licenses first. If that doesn’t work, check your account on the PlayStation Store website. You can also see if you can download it from there or check your transaction history. Just keep in mind that if you bought it on disc, you might not have the digital version. Another possibility is that it could have been bought on a different account, or maybe it was a PS+ freebie and your subscription expired. Good luck!
Honestly, this is a bit confusing since the original poster just said ‘a game’ without specifics. But yeah, typically when someone mentions they bought a game, it usually means they downloaded it from PS+. Just thought I’d throw that out there!
No worries, it happens! At least you clarified it was Cyberpunk.
Exactly! It’s like guessing what game they meant could drive you nuts, right?
