I tried to log into World of Tanks today to play, but the launcher said I was logged out. When I attempted to log back in, it said my account needs attention and pointed me to the Account Management page (error 6020). There, I discovered there’s a conflict with a North America account linked to my email, which I don’t even remember setting up! To resolve this, it asked me to get a code sent to a mobile number from 10+ years ago, a number I no longer have. My EU account, which I actively use and spend money on, is now locked, and I can’t change the email since I don’t have a number on that account. It’s the weekend now, and I’m stuck. Why would they lock my account over a ghost NA account that hasn’t been active in ages? Can they just delete it?

I’m sorry to hear you’re dealing with this! Have you tried opening a support ticket? They might be able to help if you provide them with all the details, including your current email.
I saw someone say they managed to fix a similar issue by logging into their NA account through Google. But if your account is so old that it predates Google accounts, that won’t help you, unfortunately. Good luck!
Same problem here! I’ve been waiting on support for weeks now. They keep sending the same copy-paste responses that don’t work. It’s a real hassle.
Yeah, I had a similar problem where I opened a ticket and it took weeks just to hear back. It’s frustrating when they just send generic responses that don’t resolve the issue.
