Hey everyone, I’m having a major issue with my game saves not syncing to the cloud. One of my frequently played games hasn’t synced in over three years! I’ve checked my settings and everything’s set to sync automatically, plus I didn’t receive any notifications about failed sync attempts. I’m really frustrated because I’ve lost a save I’ve dedicated two years to, and since it didn’t update to the cloud, there’s no way for me to get it back. I’ve had PS+ for about five years now. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Are you using a PS4? You need to make sure your system is in rest mode for it to sync properly. That’s the trick!
I had a similar issue once! I had to manually force sync some games myself before getting a new PS5 Pro. It was a pain, but I checked each game and synced them one by one.
Make sure your console is set as the primary for your account. Only the primary console will sync things automatically!
It’s the only console linked to my account.
Check your save settings again, just to be safe. Make sure the sync option is turned on for that specific game because sometimes it can get toggled off.
I did that before posting, it was already on.
Nope, I’m on PS5.
