I was browsing the PSN store recently and couldn’t help but notice an overwhelming number of simulator games. I’ve seen a few in the past, but this is a whole new level. Like, who thought a baseball card shop simulator could even be a game? They’ve made multiple versions! I’m curious—are these simulators actually meant to be entertaining, or are players using them to experience situations they’d never get to in real life? Can anyone explain this trend to me?

It seems like whenever one simulator game becomes a huge hit on Steam, other developers rush to create similar ones for PSN, often just reskinned versions that don’t bring anything new to the table. They might think they can trick players into buying them by jumping on the hype train.
There are actually some great simulator games out there. In Germany, they have a massive market for them which is kind of surprising! But it’s a mixed bag, so you have to sift through the rubbish to find the gems.
Honestly, I find it hilarious how some of these games make you question the sanity of their developers. I mean, who even needs a game about running a baseball card shop? It’s wild!
Look, I don’t care what anyone says—**PowerWash Simulator** is awesome! It’s fun and even has some cool themed DLC, like the Final Fantasy VII one. Who could’ve thought washing stuff could be so entertaining?
Wait, FF7 DLC for a power washing game? I need to see this!
So Steam has the originals and PSN gets these knockoffs that just keep coming? Sounds about right!
