I’ve been having a really frustrating time in the game lately and just need to vent. I’m at level 47, and while playing against much higher-level players (mostly around level 100), I felt completely overwhelmed. I kept getting swarmed and died multiple times to biles, all while trying to fend for myself since my teammates seemed to abandon me. They even made some questionable choices, like one guy running into my stratagem and getting killed twice. Then, to top it off, someone warned me over the mic to uninstall the game after I got the most kills in our match (over 650—way ahead of the next player at level 150 with 610 kills!). Is this kind of treatment normal? I try my best to support my teammates with ammo packs and strategize, but it feels like I’m just drawing more heat. I expected some toxicity since I’ve played Call of Duty, but I thought this community would be more chill. What am I doing wrong here?

Agreed! It’s not all about kills. Sometimes it’s smarter to retreat instead of trying to take on every enemy head-on. Understanding when to fight and when to run can really save your team.
Don’t take it personally, there are always going to be jerks online. Just let their negativity roll off your back. Also, keep in mind that kills aren’t the only thing that matters. I’ve had matches where I had the lowest kills, but I was taking down main objectives and sniping elites like a champ. Sometimes people focus too much on stats and miss the bigger picture of team gameplay.
Yeah, some players just don’t get it. They think that kills are everything, but that’s far from the truth. A solid team can win by playing smart rather than just hunting for kills.
It’s tough out there, man. Some players can be really toxic. Personally, I prefer to play solo because of this. Less drama that way!
I feel you on that! Sometimes I think going solo might be the way to go if the team dynamics are this bad.
