I’ve noticed that my ability cooldowns aren’t changing based on my stats anymore. It feels like this might be a bug since my dodge, melee, and grenade cooldowns seem to be stuck at their base values. For instance, my Gambler’s dodge is locked at 38 seconds and Grapple at 1:22, even though I’m maxed out on mobility and discipline with 100 in each. I’ve done some timing tests in-game and those cooldowns are definitely correct but seem off. I’ve provided some screenshots to show that my stats don’t seem to affect the cooldowns at all. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I couldn’t find any related posts out there.
Edit: After some more testing, I found that my mobility is functioning properly. I was not aware that certain aspects could actually slow down my cooldowns, contrary to their descriptions.

It’s important to note that the subclass menu has always shown the base cooldowns. You’ll want to check your inventory stats to see the actual cooldown reductions. For example, when I tested with my Coldsnap on my Prismatic Warlock, the cooldown matched what it should have been. Also, keep an eye on the aspects you’re using; they can have a big impact on your dodge cooldown.
Are you using aspects like Threaded Specter? That one can definitely increase your cooldown time. It really makes a difference!
Just to clarify, the cooldowns you’ve seen in that menu have always shown the base cooldowns, not the modified ones based on your stats. So it’s not a bug—it’s how it’s supposed to work.
Yeah, that’s the baseline cooldown if you’re at 30 in the relevant stat. It’s always been like that and hasn’t changed.
