Hey everyone! I’ve been trying to earn Rewards Points by playing games on my Xbox Series S, but since Sunday I’ve put in at least an hour each day without earning any points. Has anyone else been experiencing this issue?

I’ve had a similar issue with my dad’s Xbox before. A quick restart usually does the trick and fixes things right up!
Are you playing a game installed locally or using cloud gaming? Keep in mind that points won’t count if you’re gaming via the cloud, even if you’re playing on a console.
