I’ve been checking out some benchmarks for Cyberpunk 2077, and it seems like my MSI RTX 5060 is underperforming compared to what I see in the videos. My CPU is an i5-12400F. I’m consistently getting around 20 frames per second less than what’s shown in those benchmarks. Can anyone help me figure out what might be going wrong?

Given your CPU setup, you might be hitting a CPU bottleneck. If your base framerate is decent, consider enabling DLSS frame generation in the settings. It can really improve your experience in Cyberpunk, and the input lag is manageable.
When you’re comparing performance, make sure you’re looking at the same game settings, version, and drivers as the benchmarks. Even small differences in hardware can make a big impact on performance—if your setup is not identical, it could explain the lower fps.
Cyberpunk 2077 is quite CPU-intensive. If the benchmarks you’re watching use a stronger CPU than your i5, that might be a big factor. Also, double-check your in-game settings and BIOS configurations to ensure XMP and resizeable bar are enabled; these can help boost performance.
Thanks for the heads-up! Seems like my CPU might be the issue.
I checked, and the only part I’m not matching are the GPUs.
