I’m looking for a character class in Guild Wars 2 that isn’t too complex since I have a busy life—I’m married and work a lot. The last thing I want is to stress over complicated rotations while trying to enjoy the game. I want to be able to participate in all types of content, including raids. I already have a Mesmer and heard that Virtuoso’s condition build is low APM. Are there any other classes that are straightforward and viable for all content?

Have you considered going with a Pistol/Pistol Deadeye Thief? It’s quite easy to manage and you can customize it for either open world play or focused DPS. Honestly, with a busy life, learning complex rotations isn’t as much of an issue as it might seem! Haha.
Power Mech is another solid choice! It’s pretty versatile and doesn’t require too much effort. You just have to keep an eye on your energy, which isn’t too taxing. With the right build, you can handle most content effectively.
If you’re looking for something low effort in PvE, give Condi Mirage a shot. You mostly just make clones and spam dodge—easy profit! The staff plus scepter/tchan builds can be super effective without being complicated.
You might want to check out the Necromancer, specifically the Reaper elite spec. Just jump into Shroud mode and press a few buttons. It’s super straightforward, plus you get an extra health bar, making it pretty tanky and fun to play with great visuals.
