I’m stuck between two laptop choices and need some advice. Here’s the lowdown:
**Lenovo LOQ**
– **Processor:** Intel Core i5-12450HX (8 cores total – 4 performance, 4 efficiency, up to 4.4GHz)
– **Memory:** 16GB DDR5
– **Storage:** 512GB SSD
– **Graphics:** NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 (6GB VRAM)
– **Display:** 15.6″ FHD IPS, 144Hz
– **Pros:** Better GPU with 6GB RAM and it’s cheaper.
**ASUS TUF**
– **Processor:** AMD Ryzen 7 7435HS (8 cores, max 4.5GHz)
– **Memory:** 8GB DDR5
– **Storage:** 512GB SSD
– **Graphics:** NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 (4GB VRAM)
– **Display:** 15.6″ FHD, 144Hz
– **Pros:** Great processor, less heat, stable motherboard.
I prefer the LOQ due to its superior GPU, but wonder if sacrificing the extra VRAM for a better CPU in the ASUS is worth it, especially since the ASUS is $60 more. Help!
