I’m trying to decide between three games: Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, A Plague Tale: Innocence, and The Wolf Among Us. I’m really into games with strong stories that have some unexpected twists. I’ve read all of Fables, so I’m familiar with that universe. I’m playing on my Steam Deck. Any suggestions?

I’d definitely recommend A Plague Tale: Innocence! Even on lower graphics settings, the music and voice acting shine on the Steam Deck. It really pulls you into the story, plus the gameplay has some great problem-solving elements that keep things interesting.
I’m not usually into story-heavy games, but I really enjoyed A Plague Tale: Innocence. It’s got a captivating story and engaging characters, plus the problem-solving throughout the game helps keep it fresh.
If you already love Fables, The Wolf Among Us might not surprise you too much since you’ll recognize a lot. Hellblade is an amazing experience, though. It’s deeply emotional and sticks with you long after you play.
That’s good to know! I was wondering if The Wolf Among Us would just be a recap or if it expands on the universe.
