Hey everyone! I was reminiscing about game demos from the past, especially those iconic ones from the late 90s to early 2000s. Back in the day, it was so much easier to access them with physical game copies or CDs that came with magazines. For me, the standout has to be the Battlefield 1942 Wake Island demo; vehicle combat at that time was just revolutionary! I remember also enjoying a Medal of Honor multiplayer demo, but I can’t for the life of me recall which game it was. It took place in a French town and had an epic Thompson SMG! What demos do you guys remember playing like crazy?

The PS1 demo discs were legendary! I spent so much time on those magazine demos. Bushido Blade, Nightmare Creatures, and Cool Boarders 2 were my go-tos. I still own a bunch of those discs and they’re like little time capsules!
Definitely gotta give props to the Fusion Frenzy demo on the Halo 1 disc. My friends and I put countless hours into that demo! It was hilarious and surprisingly fun, and when we finally rented Fusion Frenzy, it was just as good as we hoped. Also, I can’t forget the Moto GP demo; it was one of the first Live-enabled demos and I was addicted for about a year!
Oh man, Fusion Frenzy was a blast! I remember the vibe it gave off after long sessions of Halo. So good!
Tony Hawk Pro Skater was my jam! I played that demo to death, it was my introduction to skateboarding games. Can’t even count how many hours I logged, and way back, I even got my copy with a Pizza Hut pizza!
Same here! That game basically defined my childhood. Channeling my inner Tony Hawk was the best!
Bushido Blade was amazing! We used to memorize the maps just so we could get epic kills on our friends.
