Hey everyone! I’m just diving into Destiny 2 and I’m curious about which DLCs are worth picking up. I noticed there’s a sale on PS5 for some of them, and I want to make sure I get the right ones to catch up. Any recommendations?

I’d recommend grabbing the legacy pack since it includes almost every DLC, excluding the newest ones and the season passes. If you’re looking to optimize your builds, consider getting the latest season pass too, as it features some powerful gear!
If you’re looking for expansions with campaigns, here’s what I’d suggest:
1. The Final Shape is highly rated as the best expansion so far (just skip the annual pass).
2. The Witch Queen has a fantastic raid, which makes it a must-have.
3. Lightfall is kind of a filler but you’ll want the Strand subclass.
For packs without campaigns, go for:
1. Forsaken (it features the best raid and a great dungeon).
2. Beyond Light.
3. Shadowkeep.
4. The Bungie 30th Anniversary pack has less content, so keep that in mind.
There are two main paths to take:
1. Get The Final Shape plus the annual pass while it’s on sale. It’s more relevant content right now, and you get access to two dungeons. Just be aware it’s pricier for less overall content.
2. The Legacy Collection is cheaper and offers more content, but you miss out on seasonal access and some of it is older content.
If I had to go with one option, I’d lean towards The Final Shape and annual pass since the legacy stuff tends to go on sale often. But if you’re into the story aspect, maybe the Legacy Collection is better for you.
Sounds good, thanks for the tip!
