I’m looking for a champion that can dive right into the enemy team and really make use of Heartsteel, especially for that satisfying sound it makes when it stacks. I’m open to supports, tops, or junglers, so any suggestions would be appreciated!

I gotta say, if you’re not picking Dr. Mundo, you’re missing out. He just stacks that Heartsteel so well and can absorb a ton of damage. Plus, if you use the TPA Mundo skin, you’ll get those hilarious trophy bonk sounds! Definitely a strong choice for this playstyle.
Tahm Kench is a fantastic pick too. Heartsteel makes him grow in size, which actually boosts his Q range. Plus, both Sion and Urgot can utilize it very well; they take hits and still come out swinging. Just approach them menacingly and pop Heartsteel! Lots of fun to be had.
Tank Fizz is pretty solid if you want to dive in for stacks and get out quick. His mobility helps him stack Heartsteel effectively and then he can just bounce away, leaving chaos in his wake.
