I’m trying to decide which Assassin’s Creed game to dive into! My GameShare buddy has bought all of them, but I’ve only played a couple. Any suggestions on which title is a must-play?

Honestly, they each have their merits. The games fall into two main styles: the traditional gameplay or the newer RPG format. Pick one from each side, and you’ll likely have a blast! Just be wary of playing too many in a row—might lead to some burnout!
Right?! Valhalla just kept dragging on. I was all in for the Viking theme, but it could’ve used a bit of a slice in length.
I’d say start with AC2 if you want a classic. It’s aged like fine wine. If you’re after more recent gems, give Origins a shot. It has stunning visuals and is set in Egypt, plus a compelling lead character.
AC2 was a game-changer for sure! I visited some of those places in Italy and the experience was surreal.
For sure, Origins might be hit or miss for some, but its story and map are gorgeous. Definitely worth a try!
If you’re looking for the classic experience, you can’t go wrong with the Ezio Collection. For something more modern and RPG-like, I’d recommend trying out Origins. It’s a great mix of story and exploration!
I felt the same way! I loved both Origins and Odyssey but got super tired when I tried to jump into Valhalla right after. They just have a lot of content!
