I ahave reached the spring of power in Akalla and when I pray it tells me the message “Offer Dineaal’s scale, received from the red spirit to the spring of power”. Where do I find this scale and what does it do when I place it there?

Dinraal is a big fire dragon they is found flying around the back of death mountain. Shoot him with an arrow and a scale falls off. I have written a guide that wil explain in detail how to get Dinraals scale if you are having trouble with it.
