For the Langston’s runaways mission I need to locate the missing items. One of these is the traffic light in the Panopticon. I have gone to the fifth floor and I havnt come across it. I’ve checked every containment room on each floor and flown to all the secret rooms on each floor. The traffic light wasn’t in any of them. Where do I find it?

You need to go to the fourth floor. Follow the bridge to the twisted corridor. This was the same location you obtained the levitate ability I believe. It’s not marked on the games map. Go in here and you will see the flashing green, amber and red lights. You will be able to deal with this puzzle here
