This place is hard to navigate. I have been looking around and I can’t seem to find the location of the second overdue book in the Arcjet building. Where can I find the book?

You will find it on top of the long table in the conference room. It is in plain sight unless you have been throwing explosives all over the place. There is a hall with some turrets on the celing before it. Once you spot the long conference table the overdue book should be on top of it.
